| The front desk at The 7th Avenue Medical Centre is managed by Candice. She will be able to help you with any information you need regarding the Biokineticists, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Podiatrist, Dietician, Pilates instructors, Yoga instructors, GP, Life Coach, Psychologist or Somotologist. | Tony Paladin
Tony is the Chairman of the Gauteng Biokinetics Association. He is also the Co-Owner of The 7th Avenue medical centre. He is a multiple South African rowing champion, South Africa rowing team member and World Championship, Commonwealth Champs & All Africa Games medallist. Tony is currently in the South African men’s lightweight coxless four, which recently qualified for the London Olympics. He is also registered for a Masters degree in Biokinetics at The University of the Witwatersrand. Tony aims to complete this and potentially do a Doctoral study in Biomechanics. Tony’s Primary areas of focus include: Orthopaedic rehabilitation (mainly backs and knees) and Sport specific training (rowing primarily). He is also a member of 3 Biokinetics practices (which facilitate 7 satellite practices).Tony is the co-founder of Kinetics.co.za, an initiative that assists sedentary and injured people get into sports and activity. |

| Lisa is an integrated wellness and mindfulness coach. Apart from her coaching practice, she runs meditation classes (and has been studying and practicing meditation for over 5 years), retreats and workshops and is also a freelance writer for publications such as Odyssey, Psychologies and Shape Magazine.She has a B.Com honours degree and is currently working towards her diploma in counseling through the College of Applied Psychology.
Appointments can be made upon request although Lisa sees no more than 5 clients per day to ensure she maintains ethical coaching practice. She is a member of COMENSA – the governing body of coaches and mentoring in South Africa – and is committed to ethical coaching practice. |
