| Charne completed her degree in BSc Dietetics at the University of North West (Potchefstroom). After graduating, Charne completed a year doing community service working as a Dietician. She joined the 7th Avenue Medical centre in January 2011 as part of the Dieticians at work. | ||

| She is focused on healthy eating and can assist you if you just want to follow good nutritious meals, weight loss, sport nutrition, or if you suffer from diabetes mellitus, hypertension (high blood pressure), high cholesterol, spastic colon, food intolerances or allergies or any other nutrition-related issues.
With your first one hour consultation Charne will look at your weight, BMI (body mass index), Body fat %, waist and hip ratio, diet history, personal goals (e.g weight and body fat %) and she will give you nutritional advice. At the end of your consultation you will receive a healthy balanced eating plan. Charne will then do regular follow ups with you to make sure you reach your personal goals. |
